Vineyard rows with snowy mountain peaks behind them

Luján de Cuyo · Mendoza

Wine made with
unhurried hands.

Four generations on the same six hectares at the foot of the Andes. Small lots, native yeasts, and the patience to wait for a wine to be ready — not for a release date.

The Family

A vineyard is a slow conversation between people and a place.

In 1947, Salvatore Mirador arrived from Piedmont with a single suitcase and a cutting of Malbec wrapped in damp newspaper. He planted it on a windswept ridge in Luján de Cuyo that nobody else wanted — too high, too dry, too far.

That ridge is now our oldest block. His granddaughter, Elena, makes the wine today, alongside her brother Tomás, who tends the vines exactly as their grandfather taught: by hand, by ear, by intuition.

We have never chased scale. We make what these six hectares give us, and not a barrel more.

The Cellar

Nine wines, each from a single block.

No blending across vineyards. Every bottle tells you exactly where it grew. Tap any wine to read its notes.

"The most memorable two hours of our trip. Elena poured a 2015 Reserve that I still think about."

"We came for a tasting and left with a case and three new friends. Book the Cellar tour."
